I have assembled a team (of four, including myself) and we are buying an off-market winery, vineyard and distillery.

So this is an easy one.I cleared all the junk from the sink cabinet out so they don't get wet when I take the trap assembly apart.

Hi Aaron,It's not always the case but the planners for the college like to have options locked up on properties around them otherwise someone could hold a parcel hostage for growth.When I worked for developers and I was assembling land under contract for them we had the sellers sign a non-disclosure agreement where they couldn't disclose they were selling or tell friends or neighbors.

BTW: one common problem with these kind of assembled-deals is the intertwining of water and septic systems.

I am more so than the $200k or so profit I would have been able to achieve if I'm able to assemble the units, execute the long-term lease and sell off the investment.
