While doing that, rethink how to best invest and deploy your corpus.I saw this article and thought of your plight.  

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books on this topic, or you can learn about it by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

I wanted a cohesive, fairly upscale look, so bought new from a variety of places including a local furniture store, Amazon, Wayfair, Target online, Home Depot online, Pottery Barn, Article, and others.

There's not a ton of information about this topic so i'm just curious on how investors are running their comps on their small multifamily investments.

Lots of smart people in here talking about almost any topic you can think of.

But I recently submitted his POF to a realtor that told me that his lending company is a scam so its interesting that I saw this topic in my e-mail today.  

The ROW agent volunteered everything - I didn't ask for any of it and just let the meetings topics go where they went.
