It needs to be detailed and specific, it should cover all possible situations: Death, separation, disagreements, arbitration, how it is being funded, how it will be distributed, split of liability, split of work, split in case one of you becomes incapacitated etc.

Also, the state of formation is likely where internal disputes would be brought among LLC members, so if you and a partner and/or spouse live in CA, you probably want to arbitrate in CA if the two of you had a disagreement.

We agreed through arbitration for her to vacate the property by the 8th of October… we committed through the arbitration to not force an order to vacate to be executed until the 15th.

Some require arbitration as a first step, if so, initiate that.

head for small claims court. in colorado it only costs $65 and you are required to sit with an arbitrator first. if they fail to appear you are automatically awarded the judgement.
