We rehabbed our first property and have connections so we aren't afraid of a fixer-upper.We understand that buying through a wholesaler can be risky because there are no official requirements, regulations, or hand-holding. 

I know people are afraid of guests filing a credit card dispute and having your rent charges reversed, but hardly anyone talks about Airbnb arbitrarily refunding guests without consulting you and that's a far bigger risk IMO (which is why I don't list my MTR on Airbnb).

I would be afraid putting more money into something that does not get any offer.Would check my numbers, lower the price as much as possible and keep that basement money for the next deal.You can put more money and still get no offer.

Explain how you’re afraid their offer will fall through ans they have no money to spare  and you want the buyers committed. 

Also, never be afraid to fire a property manager if you are not happy with how things are working out, they work for YOU!
