I'm not affiliated with any seminar, guru etc and if I were you, figure out what niche you want to learn about then Google it and search for it in this forum.

I have no clue on a state by state basis what they have or do not.I do know in GA ethics has to do with a code and pledge If you want to be a REALTOR (third party affiliation) and the commission here and the investigators care nothing about them.Some MLS's require you to be a REALTOR and belong to NAR.

Sort of a master/grasshoppa relationship that I find insulting.A classic hallmark is that they shill for each other on-line in a never-ending barrage of affiliate marketing e-mails, that I am constantly trying to unsubscribe from.
