I don't know if there are any specific requirements relating to Veterans affairs and being a landlord, but once you have your property ready for rent, you could contact the VA and ask them for guidance on listing your property.

First off, whether you get title and then resell the property or sell the contract, in my opinion whoever comes into title needs a title policy insuring their interest in the property.Second, I assume you're aware Chapter 11 is a section of the Bankruptcy Code that allows businesses and individuals to reorganize their affairs to payoff their debts.

a dead body, another dead body, pet rattlesnakes that escape, finding someone unconscious and unresponsive (drug overdose, I probably saved that guys life), buying someone a 1 way bus ticket to get home since his girlfriend left him and took his truck, giving jump starts and fixing flat tires, having a tenant have an affair with his bosses wife who is also a tenant, taking people to the ER, walking in to a vacant property and finding an intruder face to face (he went to jail for 18 months), multiple tenants that don't know each other experiencing paranormal activity in one particular house (it's haunted), catching an intruder with a security camera and calling the police who apprehend them (caught it all on the camera), shooting pigeons with a pellet gun that got in a house through a window someone left open.

Met him at one of his other rental properties and was friendly and chatted about his different properties. asked him what his plans are for the properties and if he ever thought of selling. he Said "No" not at the moment. a year went by....and then After my finding my father deceased from committing suicide from hanging on 12/27/2019 and taking a month off work from my job at the prison to arrange his affairs and spending time with family I knew I needed to stay committed to my plan and goals of acquiring multifamily assets that produce cash flow and equity so I will never HAVE to work in a prison again asking for time off & just for a pay check trading time for dollars ( I still needed the paycheck though).
