more then 5 units in parts of Los Angeles and you might find Rent Control and ADA compliance cost on top of Standard Building cost. 4 units and under are exempt in most Los Angeles areas.

He wanted to see a link to my ad that I have posted to which he commented about pictures.You are right that a prospective tenant will walk through the property before signing a lease.What came across as of was the tenant telling me to post the ad a certain way.
