We are able to demonstrate seemingly everything that the credit card company is asking for - the reservation details, the fact that the guest accepted our terms and conditions, and timestamps for all, including IP address.However, the credit card companies are taking it one step further now.

I think everyone has to find their own way to some degree. 

I would have to call someone that is extremely motivated to sell and willing to accept any offer despite what they had listed to accept the offer on the 1st call. 

I lost one once that projected great return because i requested an estoppel before accepting the offer.
