One land speculation I bought 4 acres in sonoma County CA ( wine country) in 96 for 27k it was unbuildable at the time ( could not get a septic system on it) Well city grew to us The Graton Casino comes in right across the street and we sold a few years ago for over 2 mil to a land assemblage investment company.

Like Long Island, Orange County. lol I definitely would love to start right here in NYC though that would be the ultimate goal for me.  

I had to add a couple more counties to my lists, and still very slim.

But it could be just outside of Atlanta in a neighboring county.

You just need to be aware of the zoning rules and regulations for municipalities in Pinellas County.

Canton is a great area but I am biased as I grew up in Stark County and now live about a 1/2 hour south.
