How AirDNA and others get the data so wrong I can’t say for sure, but I suspect it’s because they can only assume that unavailable days equal booked nights versus any number of different, non-revenue reasons, such as owners’ personal usage, repairs, etc.

@Garrett Brown @Matt Mertz My anecdotal thoughts on Broken Bow and Hot Springs would be that we lived in Houston for 13 years, traveled more than anyone in our peer group (probably 10 trips per year drive or fly), and never went to or considered going to either of them.
