And I see the llc submission docs (docketing statement and/or CO wants info like ein number, return address, etc.)Is the best approach to 1st - complete the virtual office service with the llc name (Even though not approved yet with the state), 2nd - obtain the registered agent service with llc name (Even though not approved yet with the state), and then 3. complete the llc form?

I haven't specifically targeted North Carolina but I have an opportunity from a property lead that came back to me via a website submission out of the blue (assist goes to LeadPropeller I presume haha).  

There are only a handful of programs that will go to 95% (assuming a FULL DOC submission), and most lenders are now capping NOO lending to 90 LTV.

So, we had that conversation as well and I am sure I will discover a few more false believes.They are good people, humble and very content with how the world is treating them, almost submissive to society. 

City of atlanta submission requirements are extremely robust, so generating a compliant plan set is very involved.

No surprises at the showing or at time of application submission.  

I understand BP survives on ad revenue, but a link somewhere on the page to your broker submission form seems like it would be sufficient without detracting in the way those two paragraphs do.
