The first thing I thought of when I read this was Minnie Pearl, LOL.But have been told my taste is understated to a fault, so don't mind me.

But the other pearl to glean from this is all those who have rushed out and gotten then commercial loans with 5 year calls... they can come back to roost.. in 09 to 2011 you could not refi them no matter how strong you were the bank was sold..
