Plenty of tenants aren't going to like cement floors.People with young kids don't want their offspring running around inside and falling on concrete.I've seen "nice" looking concrete in high end homes, and I've see concrete floors in cheaper outdated homes just look silly.

Mobile Home is outdated and was legally changed to Manufactured (after new regs came out in late 75).

All units are rentable but not in the greatest shape, outdated, small kitchens, and small bedrooms.

I understand some investors will say costs are less.They are often the ones in 5 to 10 years when they sell they have very outdated items or patchwork repairs.

I have over 10 properties, that includes a very small outdated apartment building.

But it also had an out-dated interface.

But that wood is beautiful, albeit outdated.
