When you proceed to the management side, it shoots you out to a mobile browser....where you have to log in again! 

Why not make separate bookmark folders for each category in whatever browser you use?

It’s on the redi rent site. i have tried from different browsers, computers, website vs. app and same thing happens. it says please wait while we load your dash board and it never actually loads. it keeps cycling.

You would basically have to underprice the market based on your location and even then you would be dealing with more browsers and casual interest emails then your time/additional potential profit is worth imo

I went to your website, in your signature, but it just gives me a blank screen regardless of which browser I use. 

Also - what browsers were you using?

Try a different browser, sometimes that will help (I like Chrome, and it's free to download)2.)

As it stands we strongly recommend using the mobile version of biggerpockets (via browser) instead.

Until then, you may want to use the site in your mobile browser.  

Web browser bookmarks work just fine if you use a web browser.
