I don't know if this is the best venue, but hey it's always good to make connections. 

Different folks seek different venues and levels of control, work, risk, etc.I was mostly responding to the OPs original posting about what it's called or not called.

Best way to describe that would be leased garage space, "car condominiums", and assisting racetracks and motorsport venues with redesign of facilities. 

It all depends on the venue as far as cost goes.

It could be a venue charge, a restaurant or conference room has a charge to rent the room.

If you are attempting to sway people in power who may wake up and fix the system, I am not sure this is the ideal venue for that.If you are so down on the area, you should probably change your investing but I am just not sure why you are so intent on spreading the doom.

Very cool that you are working with the McQueary's on their new hotel, they've been personal friends since college and cool to see them to working hard to create a great venue downtown.

I wouldn't be concerned of Auction.com being a valid venue for real estate sales.
