Northfield, Ohio is a community located between Cleveland and Akron and recently had a casino open (Rocksino by Hard Rock).

Morrison Inn has good Mexican food.There are a bunch of casino's up in Blackhawk and Central City (two towns right together), since Josh chose Denver over Vegas.

I don't know if you can count on casinos to drive a bunch of growth.

Does any experts think the real estate values will skyrocket with the arrival of casino?

Hi Jennifer, I'm in the same boat, looking in Lake County, both North Chicago and Waukegan are great because the Navy base, Rosalind Franklin University, Amazon, and coming up a casino, are in the area.
