We flipped it in 6 months (rehab to sold) & made about $40k...we pulled a second on our home & started a promising water/oil hauling company in the eagle ford shale in Texas & ran for 2 years before finally getting taken to the cleaners by a slimeball...so I learned to trust nobody.Fast-forward to today, & I'm now president & CEO of my own real estate company Homes4Money.com.

You do realize that YOU meaning HIM will NEED the Following : A new pick-up truck preferably a Ford F-250 4 door with 4 WD , , 2 snowmobiles , 2 ATV's , A Mule ATV , of course a new trailer to haul them around in , A couple of chain saws and don't forget a new BASS boat .

hi @Jake Ford - yes I tried coming at it a few different ways including the balloon payment option but he was having none of it!

If your goals point elsewhere, or to that very same place, then the means by which you arrive don't matter -- an '83 Ford pickup can drive the speed limit just as well as a Rolls Royce, but the experience each offers is of course distinct.Congrats on the good work so far!
