That depends on a lot of personal factors such as your finances.

While that's great for him I would not be even considering this person an expert in the slightest with such limited experience. 

We have pretty much accepted the fact that ANY person's opinion can be wrong.

The agent will not be paying you/seller/buyer because the agent does not bring money to the seller/buyer in any fashion in a transaction (typical transactions), unless this agent is a partner to that person buying the property, or they are a principal to the property.Let me know if that makes sense. 

All 17 or however many sellers want to sell, and we've agreed on terms for seller financing, but the problem is no one cannot get in touch with the last reminding person.

I know of several excellent property managers in the North Alabama area that would service the Harvest area, including several that I've never worked with personally, but have a good rep in the area. 

I personally like to find something that needs "a little" love so I can force appreciation.
