Many areas have experienced a moderate slowdown last year, and are temporarily (my opinion) stable, and seem poised to soften from the high prices we have seen in the past couple of years. 

So first off I would like to tell you that I had no idea that appreciation would happen like it has over the last few years.

Real estate is and always will be a good idea because it allows you to create lasting generational wealth and leverage cold, hard, tangible assets!

I can’t help but imagine it would be that guy’s last day if the appraisal came in $1 under the sales price. 

He included my Last Will and Testament, Living Will, Advanced Healthcare Directive, General Durable Power of Attorney, etc.

I've been in San Antonio since last Oct.

The last loan we took out I paid back in 10 months. 

Also, very cheap to maintain, lasts long, and is efficient! 

There are not a ton of comps on Zillow or other websites that I have checked and it was last sold a while ago so even these resources are unable to give me a quote.  

Still good information in there, but the last 1-2 years have really changed the landscape.
