Hi tax pros - I have a question about REPS status.First, selfishly, do you believe that my job as CEO of BiggerPockets, which I spend obviously spend essentially all working hours on, and dwarfs activities involving my real estate portfolio (which is managed via a property manager) qualifies me for REPS status?

Despite that, case in point- a guest decided to wash the comforter, with the duvet still on it . .. .

., but we have gold wheels for cars, BIG wheels for trucks, higher tolerance wheels for off-roading, and so on...

It also helped that we got a connection from a local bar owner that needed to book musical guests from time to time. 

I got a like for my earlier post on this and thought it was worth updating my status.  

I update them for the higher end buyer and focus on guest experience.

I feel like I've heard a few podcasts lately with guests that have done this strategy, unfortunately I don't remember their names.

I am not sure about what you are reflecting in the cleaning number but for me 1) it is shocking what cleaners charge but it is not where you want to try to save money for quality 2) it is a pass through, the guest pays it. $250 per turn would be for larger unit and very good job.  

Direct booking, guest screening, AI messaging, accounting portals, integrations, and more are all extremely valuable.

I would get a little Bissel hand held and have it available to guests to use.
