On one project we did we proposed 36 highway accesses and were denied as been excessive. 

You can easily do this on a spreadsheet, and it will take less time to track than finding and learning new software.

This could include lower wages, longer hours, lack of safety, etc.

I tried several, but it didn't seem to work or click for me.

I have high equity in my current duplex so planning on using that to fund down payment for the next property.

They expect you to live in one unit, BUT I have never heard of anyone from the lender go and  check in on you to see if you are actually living there.
