If you choose to work with them however, I recommend flying out, or call a Real Estate Agent/Contractor/friendto video call you, and see the property before you sign the dotted line.

I do find it interesting what temperature they choose to set it at.  90% of the guests are quite reasonable.

If you choose an escrow account on the new loan, you will need to fund the account to pay the full tax bill and insurance bill when they come due.
