With the addition of the "KC Tenants" terror group, and the city council seemingly bowing to most of what they are asking for, long term rentals in KCMO has become very messy.

For me, I began finding value for investors by finding them properties that were worth their time, and as an agent my benefit there was to list the property, but as a partner I was the person who found the property, took risk with the lenders, worked with the architect & engineers, went through the city meetings, worked with neighbors and the council to approve my project, worked with contractors, found tenants and manage. that all led into a massive education where one mistake was made after another and it provided lessons that I am able to share with others to help them grow (also the major benefit of BP), but really its not until you get into It where you will really learn, because its likely those mistakes will happen. 

Don't forget the Chattanooga City Council is nuts and taxes non-owner occupied duplexes at 40%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The local Housing Council says we must offer habitable housing no matter what. 

I live in Alberta Canada  and today in the province of British Columbia they suspended mortgage and rent payments.

Columbus City Council just announced yesterday they will be setting aside $1M in Emergency Support for Food Access and Housing Issues, though no information yet on how someone applies for it. $1M also doesn't seem like enough since the need is going to be extensive, but at least it's a start ... ??

Lots of growth and new businesses moving in, lots of activity, city council and county are committed to improving, etc.

There connections to city council put a big roadblock in our way!
