What are the best CRM’s that are compatible with the Apple calendar ?

I assume that you got Apple Valley properties. 

Given that LA is an appreciation market, What are your thoughts on going with an IO loan with up to 10 yrs of IO if I plan on selling in 5-8 y years?  

But that may be a bit of apples and oranges.

If we all had 20/20 foresight, we’d just buy Apple or amazon or Microsoft or google stock with 50-100% annual returns sometimes and live our normal lives while our investments exploded in value.

Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, FB Messenger you name it, they all have online payment options.
