If the house is in a non-sketchy area, San Pedro is really close to a lot of desirable destination points (the port, the marina, Rancho Palos Verdes, weddings at Wayfarer Chapel, etc) and I think you would see good demand for it as an STR.

@Brian Gibbons @Crystal Smith   To keep it short..attorneys read TPC and think that because a LO is considered an executory contract, that it is the same as a contract for deed, which is an executory contract.

True cost and benefits trumps rate every time.My point is that if you aren't using a LO who is exposing you to all of your options, not setting you up for future success, or only selling you on having the lowest rate, then you may be using the wrong LO and leaving money on the table or worse, getting stuck.
