For example - you're starting a $100,000 remodel on a propoerty that you have acquired, the Scope Of Work includes basic lipstick stuff like a kitchen remodel, a bath remodel, and new flooring and paint.I would start with a draw of no more than $10k, that is more than enough to get anyone going and it shows your good faith.

Hey Dave, since I have mortgages on these properties, would it make sense to bring cash to the exchange to cover the mortgage amount (or pay off the mortgage before doing the 1031) and improve the cash flow for the newly acquired property?

But I believe that if you're not violating any terms, not in a restricted industry or involved with anything deemed risky by Stripe then you're probably safe.It appears their move to Stripe is for accelerated payment processing, which is interesting since they acquired eRentPayment and Payment Report.On surface level it might be they're adding Stripe as an option on top of their existing infrastructure.
