I'm so used to always packing my screw driver and misc tools bag I was packing them for my work trip.....Yes whenever we go to one of our places we are fixing stuff, or hiring people to fix stuff, or writing down stuff to fix in the future.....But we do take time to relax too.

I would say, you may be able to get lower rates than mid 8s as my lenders are high 7s for a similar scenario but you may be tripping over dimes to save nickels.
