The best color combinations are Black and Yellow or Orange and Yellow. 18 x 24 inches works or larger will work as long as drivers can see the sign at a stop light.

So all of the pages, of everything, need to be looked at.I've been known to text listing agents cell phone pics of the 2 inch thick file I have on someone that has a preapproval letter with my signature at the bottom, so they know why to take THIS offer and not the one for $7k more from Wells.

The flow rate is 242.58 gallon per hour.However, based on the water flow rate in a 1.24 inch pipe with velocity 0.3 feet per second, the flow rate is 83.92 gal/hHowever, we do not believe the water readings because it is scientifically incorrect.

Thank you everybody,I used http://www.tlv.com/global/US/calculator/water-flow-rate-through-piping.html.do calculation,It shows the velocity in the pipe is 2.43 ft/s. standard faucet today will cause around 0.3 ft/s in a ¾ inch pipe.

Around here 1/2 inch drywall is about 8 bucks a sheet so about$150 in drywall.

And of course no newbies have to be very experienced builder.. there is no loan that is more risky than a construction loan for a lender as a builder you know all that can go wrong.I was building in one subdivision and builder came in hired a crappy framing crew and the house ended up 3 inchs off of plumb..
