It's in Point Richmond and you have to drive through abandoned Point Molatte , along the bay for about a mile and then go up a really, really rough 2 mile dirt road and when you come over the hill, you can look at this sleepy little 'pirate cove' that you want to swear you've seen in Pirates of the Caribbean ;-)

If I had started at 18 I'd be retired, or at least managing my empire from the Caribbean.

I've also been sent a handful of job listings on LinkedIn that the recruiters say will be 100% remote even after COVID.Since all I need is my computer, I'm currently looking to rent a place out of the country for a month or two to "Work From Home" in the Caribbean...

@Ali Boone , you are a kindred spirit who agrees with me that you do not invest in Real Estate as a hobby or to 'buy a job', but you invest so you can take a cruise, sit on a Caribbean Beach or go fishing for Alaskan Salmon.

Btw, you can also go buy cookies at 7-11 and sell them for 50% more at a stand on the street outside a carnival.
