(Turn over rate vs large population) do you see Clarksville as broken into certain sectors?

The analyst in this Barron's article says:"It all sounds pretty great, but gets a lot more complicated once you dig into the bewildering array of risks that affect the sector.

It's not going to solve anything.This will just be like the HAMP program.It will help out some but not as many as anticipated.Problems will still lurk in the housing sector.

I am a relatively small investor and I mainly invest in the residential sector.

I'm a stock trader out of Orange County, CA by trade but after 13 years or so in the financial sector I'm plotting my escape.

How can I say very big way, review what the top job sectors have been the last several years, the list is dominated by tech jobs, jobs that are the best candidates for remote working.

Also safe to say anything the government makes isn't going to be as efficient as a private sectors product.

I've been in various sectors of the insurance industry ever since. 

I would want to know what are rents compared to market and what are the turnaround times on vacant units.Lastly, if you're aware of the direction the sector and the country is heading - charging premiums is not sustainable.

From what I've learned, self storage is more of a business and involves intense marketing if you're targeting the retail sector.
