Same for caullking, trim, flooring (try a small hall or back entry first) etc....Sometimes, no substitute for just trying it, after all your study.

Spent the day using the sun break to trim a really nasty tree and do some yardwork around the place - I just don't have the energy to even fake the interest this year - there was absolutely nothing about the game this year that made me feel like I had to see it.

this has been discussed a few times on here...i do lower to median income rentals...for those i remove ceiling fans, dishwashers, carpets, cheap floors..i paint h/w floors brown and/or install commercial VCT tiles..they are durable and you can buff them between tenants..i paint all ceilings, walls, and trim teh same color...again, this is for lower to median income apartments...

Cover with drywall and use corner trim to cover the edges then have a cabinet magnet on inside that holds the door shut in the middle. make sure to leave the trim on the corner where the door opens loose on one side and permanent on the other.Have a bad spot where a pan burnt a counter top????
