I think one of the biggest mistakes is investors and brokers/agents alike do not define their IDEAL VISION for what they want their life and business to be.

Especially if it’s lacking in the tournament/wedding/function venue because you may need someone with the vision to help you turn it around.

My vision for the property is clear (my strength), however I am lacking the commercial multifamily experience and deep pockets to jump in, so I'd love some help as I see good potential for this property. 

Then have your mind play tricks on you and start making things more difficult then it should be (overwhelmed).Then the eagerness kicks in but you have no money and the only way is to depend on finding someone to believe in your vision willing to give you whats needed to actually get it done (frustration) So what am i to do now? 

There's going to be a list of properties out there he's not inspecting and it might give you sorta tunnel vision and miss out on something else that could be better.

Then see if that plan fits with your vision.   

I can see the vision of it after i fix it up and know the profit that it would be worth after the make over.
