I agree about finances -- Quickbooks is easiest and best.I 'build' my own relational databases using Microsoft Access.

Is there a database this information should be entered into? 

Answers should be prompt, thorough, and data-based (not estimates or 'oh it's really good').

Hi @Ndy Onyido,It's above my paygrade, but I think it would be unrealistic for BP to have some ultimate database on who is and isn't legit.

If you are looking for more precise data based on Federal Government census from state to state city to city, I have found green street advisors (greenstreetadvisors.com) to be extremely helpful.
