I’m closing on a duplex in a couple weeks that is an identical duplex to the one I bought last December.

We are a bunch of financial people chiming in on a psychology question...and what material stuff means to our identities, extension of ourselves, signaling to others, belonging, memories, etc.

This landlord does know the true identity of the "Sherrena" character.

I’ll be following almost an identical strategy.

Tonight our small investor group will start an open ended conversation about how to go about making an existing older neighborhood in our community into trendy and popular neighborhood with more of an urban identity.

It adds nothing to assure the real identity of the person you're working with and only deludes one to make assumptions.  

If this is a situation where he was randomly gunned down (IE getting robbed, or mistaken identity, or him ending up being collateral damage from a gang shoot out) Then I would have a sit down and find out what the tenants want to do immediately.

I obviously don't know for certain but they painted my other identical building next door without a serious mess.

They are all told that there are privacy issues, identity theft, etc.
