Corporations will use a Realtor to find options in addition to checking local property management firms (many which are also Real Estate Brokers) You can find Management firms that specialize in corporate short term rentals in your area by doing a google search or asking your local reputable real estate firms.Vacation rental sites aren't the first resource companies will utilize when seeking 30+ day rentals.
