Expanding horizontally is also my ultimate goal, by integrating the construction, property management and asset management as separate companies, managed under one umbrella company.  

Perhaps an umbrella policy on top of your commercial policy to cover injury accidents, falls, etc.....Good Luck!

Your only offering is that you would have nice flips under their umbrella.

Though I did have to switch umbrella insurance companies as USLI implemented a $1million max for anyone with any pools at any of their rentals. 

I'm in FL too and use Traveller's umbrella.

I was told it is very bad mixing business and personal together, but I don't have a LLC so I don't even think it matters with my situation (I do have umbrella insurance).
