Question: What tools, videos, mentor programs or courses could be recommended that have some structure and not overpriced giving the knowledge on creating a system I can automate and scale over time?

This allows for the skip tracer to use a true accurate list to get you the best results.Most of the larger names all use the same data and automate your results so it would be a matter of pricing and features that stand out to you.

The other thing a realtor can do for you is to set you up on an automated email notification for the type of property you're looking for in whatever areas you want to invest in locally.

Once I land one, I’ll reinvest a large portion of my earnings to VAs and automated systems.

So if you work another job think about if any automated software might help with that and what it's worth to you.

The units are 500+ square feet with separate living area and full kitchen, two large smart TVs, automated booking, automated locks and check in/out, electronic communication with guests, and staffed during business hours; so, it's not like a hotel. 

There's a program that is more "lenient" on DTI because it's mostly automated and not traditionally underwritten.
