Are you going to reject that tenant?

It is not discrimination but does not matter to me since I reject applicants without providing reasons.

People always have fears of failing, looking stupid, and rejection.

A good listing agent may reject an offer if you are using them since without local expertise they may screw up the transaction.

You have the final say on the tenants that are placed, so if the manager tries sticking some crappy tenant in there, you can reject them.

It saves a load of wasted time trying to find out why you should have rejected them in the first place. 

That being said if I were to put it that way for her, she would surely reject the idea of any type of investing not matter how lucrative.
