While the perfect deal does not exist (in my opinion), you have to be able to prioritize from some of the items I mentioned above.

Network with possible housing developers and commercial developers who may be open to collaborate to buy your allocated land across a fixed time period.Contingency wise, you need to have the intestinal fortitude to lock 300k to 500k of your money without any returns for 3 to 5 years along with paying taxes.

This makes the transition much more challenging than if you were to just use Excel and Quickbooks in conjunction with free communication/collaboration apps for tenant/owner/internal communication until your generating enough cash flow for an investment in a customizable & scaleable software to make sense.
