Once a tenant goes to jail, I guess you have to evict him unless he calls you and you can get him to send you written permission to store his stuff and take back possession of the apartment if he can't pay rent.

Check with your attorney for this and for how to comply with the code enforcement inspection since he changed the locks (presumably without your permission). 

Using someone's trademark without their permission is almost certain to result in legal action agaist you and if you fight that you will lose.

I have permission and have made calls to employer - person verified employment and salary but that was it. 

The cable bill they installed is in their name, and when I called the cable company  explained that I am the home owner and have no permission for this instalation, and they told me they can't disconnect it unless I can prove I am the ACCOUNT oener!

Dont expect a tenant to call for permission each time their boyfriend spends the night , you wont like calls at 1 am

His concern is that the wholesaler does not have the right to give me permission to enter the property.In a nutshell, the wholesaler is insisting that he remain the middle man for everything, including supplying payoff info etc. because he is concerned that I am trying to go around him and boot him from the deal.Is this commonplace, or should I insist upon direct contact with the owner?
