You want your deadline to move to be before the SEC deadline if at all possible, because you will end up having to take them to court if they are really professional tenants.

To give you all an update, we've presented to the seller our calculations on what the property should be worth based on cap rate calculations assuming rents are what they claim (which brings the purchase price way down), and have asked for an extension on the due diligence period, since they have so far failed to give us all the leases, expenses or the rent roll, despite the deadline we had in the contract.
