As far as being sure that I can day trade successfully, I'm only as sure as blind ambition has made me, I 100% acknowledge that I don't know the half about it and am only going by the few accounts of people who claim to have made it work. 

The poorly-worded grammar and the fact that it was not a blind copy seems to corroborate that story but we have only half of the facts.

That said, we're flying somewhat blind still in terms of where to look, neighborhoods in area (or outside of area) to consider, STR regulations if any, areas that do well / we should avoid etc.
