Personally, I've found those indie-owned/managed hosts are far more likely to take private feedback to heart and improve their property versus those hosts you click on their headshot and get Glamour Shot of a couple and their golden retriever... alongside a list of 30 rentals they've outsourced to automation and equivalently manage in a way that, in the LTR space, we would simply call slumlords.

@Javier Perez I use buildium but I believe that cozy may offer automated email service as well. 

He uses app folio and the software does the calculation for him in a reasonably automated way.

Other desired features are; Automated messaging/guest communication, syncing calendars, digital guestbooks, unified inbox, pricing tool, team collaboration, and direct booking integration.I realize there might not be a "Goldilocks" solution but I am curious what everyone is using, what they like, and more importantly don't like about their PMS.Cheers!

Yes, eventually you would like to automate as much as possible, but I think its valuable to know how everything works in the beginning.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing haha I definitely think it could be done with the right systems, people, automations and tech in place.

We are a local PM in FL with 85 or so doors so something like automated lock software is essential. 

Question: What tools, videos, mentor programs or courses could be recommended that have some structure and not overpriced giving the knowledge on creating a system I can automate and scale over time?
