Most can't do it because they are looking for quick money and don't want to do any work are aren't really in it to help people.

Down payment assistance is a benefit for people that are lacking a lot of money. 

I know some people from there living here interested in investing, me as well.

I do know that I eventually want to start my own company and bring in like-minded people that have the same love for it as I do.
