There are plenty of sites with reviews, so problems will come out and will hurt future rentals.In a ski town you generally have harsh weather and costs for snow removal and building maintenance due to the harsh weather.My general impression is people own these units for their own use.

may sound harsh, but if you're being this flexible, then they need to still have a line in the sand for consistency.Overall, I love the idea and would likely implement this in some of mine if I buy in areas with historically higher turnover!

While I understand smaller deals come with more headaches like tenant drama, vacancy, etc., and the inability to add value to generate additional cash, my thinking was he is Grant Cardone so of course he isn't going to waste his time on small deals that don't maximize is return.
