ive already been qualified by my current mortage company at 5.25-5.5 floats around, the house im in i have been there closing on 2 years and the reason i bought it was because it was a steal, so if the deals there ill do it, its just my first rental i would like to be the best possible one for me.

Floating the payments a few days unless you pay for express payments.

Yes this will happen and you will definitely drift away from people not like minded.

How many copies are floating around out there?  

I floated a similar question last week, but now have more information. 

I've actually had some success with my direct marketing campaigns and I could see my leads just floating away...With these new insights I'm going in with a very different approach!

It lists;the amount of the wire,account number,date and time sent,beneficiary information, Account number, ABA numberfederal Reference numbers, Global Ref number and who approved the wire.After the first day I started getting worried it had not deposited, but, I did not want to look like a rookie and start calling, plus I still had two days to finish the deal before I left on business out of the country, no problem.The middle of the second day I finally figured out something was not right here, this was a lot of money to me, over 200k, and it was floating around out there in the either, not in my control.

I've heard that either, but once again I did not dive any deeper because my intentions/plans have drifted away from investing with an LLC. 

I locked my entire floating in-progress loan batch on 8/4, and haven't locked a single interest rate since then.
