So many many times that we needed pieces we had a few granite contractors that had bone yards that they were dying to get rid of these beautiful slabs that's were too small to do and entire kitchen and were just sadly sitting there looking for a home.

I rented bare bones apartments that literally had no balconies, no dishwashers, no internet included, no laundry onsite (laundromat across the street), and we didn't even have enough off-street parking to assign spaces.

That's a pricey repair, and your tenant probably isn't going to love hearing that - so if you are generally happy with your tenant you tread lightly on this one otherwise they could turn from good tenants to bad very quickly. 700 bones is a lot of $$.I've seen complete AC systems last a lot longer than I could have ever imagined, but seldom do they go without some kind of maintenance or a recharge every couple years.
