Only local businesses.Joshua Tree is the name brand but there are plenty of high priced neighborhoods in Yucca Valley; Covington Flats, Sky Harbor, Western Hills, Rancho Estates, The Country Club, etc and there also **** neighborhoods in JT with prices still in the 3s and 4s.

So I would say, they do not need western investor LOL as the number of Asian or Middleeastern investors has been quite staggering since beginning. - Financing: all cash- Building codes : none which is great.Also, most of these market outside US (or outside western hemisphere), is geared toward investors that "could work" within a deregulation zone/environment, so adapting to local culture is crucial.
