Only local businesses.Joshua Tree is the name brand but there are plenty of high priced neighborhoods in Yucca Valley; Covington Flats, Sky Harbor, Western Hills, Rancho Estates, The Country Club, etc and there also **** neighborhoods in JT with prices still in the 3s and 4s.

I'm in Raleigh so don't have many connections in CLT, but I do have properties in Western NC.   

I bought a 4-plex in western ND in 2003 for $88,000.

I was hesitant to buy the NY forms because of the distinction between NYC and western NY.

Thanks in large part to BP, I purchased my first duplex this summer in Western Maryland.

Are Networth Realty and New Western the two big dogs in DFW in terms of volume?  

Is it just me, or does it seem like everyone in San Antonio, Austin and Dallas, at one point or another, worked for New Western?

I can think of 7 separate franchisees that I know alone that are licensed, not to mention everyone at New Western Acquisitions (a wholesale firm where ALL agents are licensed). 

So I would say, they do not need western investor LOL as the number of Asian or Middleeastern investors has been quite staggering since beginning. - Financing: all cash- Building codes : none which is great.Also, most of these market outside US (or outside western hemisphere), is geared toward investors that "could work" within a deregulation zone/environment, so adapting to local culture is crucial.
