Sprayers have tiny seals in the compressor and storage liquids have additives in them to condition the seals and protect the inner passageways through the compressor, as well as protecting bearings.

Suppose you want wifi in your unit. the setup and monthly cost will be the same for a tiny place and for a big place.Its much easier to keep a big fish tank than it is to keep a small one.

But water "usually" if not done correctly will have a tiny leak that will not be unnoticed if you follow these plumbing steps 1.shut off water 2. make sure your pipes are clean 3.make sure fitting are tight 4. solder correctly 5.check fitting to see if the solder reacted into the fitting (fitting sometimes come pre-soldered)<-- i dont recommend these but can be used!

Usually you have to wait until the asset is aged or the previous deal fell through and they reduce the price etc.Just want to understand, because as an agent, if the success rate is tiny, I wont waste my time for a $2000 commission check.

if you really know cars, and have the cash you don't mind using, you can buy an exotic car and have it not cost too much.I bought a 12 year old Ferrari Testarossa, I bought it right, and had it for 3 years, of course I only put about 1k miles on it,,,I sold it for everything I had in it,,but I know cars, and I had just made an insale amount of money as director of an internet company.Now if during that time I had had even a tiny accident, the value of the car would have dropped like a rock,,,,and I insured it as an exotic, which means I couldn't use it as daily driver,,,,People need to learn to get the reward AFTER they do something, not before

There is no controller- the antifreeze is recirculated by a  pump driven by a tiny dedicated PV panel, so the DC pump just runs whenever the sun is out.

Remember technically you are buying the notes with negative equity, zero protective equity, or perhaps a tiny sliver of equity, so there should be priced pretty cheap as a percentage of UPB.
