Ross was a good source for fake plants. 

The Rock Springs Green River area has had the normal cycles following the price of oil, but add the coal mines, the power plants, the trona mines and the cycles get really weird and hard to predict. 

There is a new hospital opening and a Fuji Bio plant slated for the next year or two.

Gilbert is a stable community between an Intel plant to the West and a coming soon Apple plant to the East.In a buyer's market, if the sellers are motivated, there are deals to be had.

And lord help you if someone has used texture-in-a-can to patch an area.

If you have done this, do you texture the ceiling after removing or just paint it?

After the ceiling is dry it is best to sand the surface, this will remove any residue left on the sheetrock and give you a better surface to apply your new texture of paint.Depending on where you are, check your local codes for disposal.
